Job Summary
In this role you will work across the company to ensure we remain in compliance with all applicable regulatory laws, controls, and best practices. When it comes to security and data compliance, you will be the primary point of contact. You will enable our Sales teams by providing compliance documentation to make it easier for them to engage in customer conversations. The IT compliance manager will partner with systems owners and administrators to identify, document, and monitor our risks and controls. You will work with key stakeholders on any and all security and data compliance concerns. This hands-on role requires excellent documentation and communication skills.

Job Description/Requirements
What you will do
Specifically, as the IT Compliance Manager you will:
Lead all internal and external audit programs (e.g. SOC2)
Be the primary point of contact and main expert on all IT-related compliance topics
Monitor compliance for internal policies and procedures around IT, Security, and Data compliance
Partner with management, IT/Engineering, and business teams to implement solutions.
Partner with key stakeholders including our Sales teams on customer questions and concerns.
Partner with our Legal team on regulatory and compliance topics.
Monitor and report on compliance related SLAs.
Own IT compliance related topics around mobile computers and other devices along with endpoint compliance.
Maintain all annual compliance processes
About you
You are a subject matter expert in security and data compliance with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
You are an excellent communicator in both written and verbal forms.
You have experience building and maintaining company-wide compliance policies and processes that make it easy for people to do the right thing.
You have experience working with executive stakeholders and with internal and external customers.
Experience with Vanta would be a plus.
