Mantrac Ghana LTD is hiring an Internal Sales Representative.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Telemarketing of Caterpillar and Perkins Power Generating Sets• Ensure that all sales activities (Leads, calls & opportunities) are recorded in salesforce on a daily basis• Follow and keep an accurate account database by keeping all customer information, including the number of engines assigned to each customer, up to date.• Execute a minimum call frequency of calls per week• Ensures effective sales and customer experience is achieved by determining individual customer needs and providing solutions to meet them.• Ensures all sales documentation process are maintained on every transaction• Ensures all transactions are carried out in accordance with sales policy• Ensures debts are collected on schedule• Ensures sales deals are closed, and customers receive excellent after sales support• Assist in completing sales and Marketing activities like campaignsQualification Required & Experience• A minimum of a good first degree• Excellent communication skills• Excellent MS office (Word, Excel) skills• Excellent selling skills and customer service experience• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in industrial product lineRemuneration: Exciting salary package awaits the successful candidateLocation: Accra
