Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to offer life insurance and financial planning services.
- Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain different life insurance products, including whole life, term life, and investment- linked policies.
- Develop customized insurance plans to meet clients long-term financial needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriters and claims departments to facilitate policy approvals and claims processing.
- Conduct financial education sessions and workshops to promote life insurance awareness.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree, HND, or Diploma from a recognized University.
- Proven experience in insurance sales, financial planning, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial information and provide sound recommendations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.
