Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
- Meet with prospective clients to assess and understand their insurance needs.
- Deliver tailored and persuasive product presentations that align with client goals.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and feedback.
Sales & Marketing Execution
- Provide accurate product quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales.
- Utilize marketing tools and data insights to boost client conversion rates.
Product Knowledge & Training
- Attend regular training sessions and departmental meetings.
- Stay informed on insurance products and use this knowledge to recommend the right solutions to clients.
Professional Representation
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Represent Merite Insurance Brokers positively in the market.
Requirements:
Education & Certification
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A Certificate or Degree in Insurance is highly preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client service roles is an advantage.
