Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
- Handle employee relations, leave, and payroll coordination
- Oversee day-to-day school administration and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
Requirements
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR and/or administration
- IT savvy — proficient in MS Office, HR systems, and digital tools
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and discretion
