Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Heavy Duty Mechanics Coordinator/ Supervisor to supervises and coordinates the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Leads a team of mechanics, assigns tasks, and ensures work is completed safely and efficiently. Monitors equipment performance and minimizes downtime through proactive maintenance. The ideal candidate will manage parts inventory, service records, and maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards across all mechanical operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strong Hands-on experience in automotive mechanics at workshop setting (Automotive & not heavy equipment or machinery)
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of automotive mechanical issues
- Replacement of worn or damaged parts of heavy duty Trucks
- Vehicles Inspection and Safety Compliance
- Maintain relationship with all potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate with customers and provide quotes for their orders.
- Ensuring proper servicing and after – sales support to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years & up Experience in Heavy Duty Trucks (Ford. Ashok, any others, etc.)
- Ability to work on Saturdays (Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm) - Saturday hours are regarded as over time paid on the top of salary
- Ability to attend 1 week on site assessment as a part of interviewing process
- Degree is a plus but not a must.
- Experience in sales of a minimum of 2 years (preferably with Sikkens brand).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Energetic, creative and motivated.
