HealthCare IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for giving remote and onsite IT support to all customers within and outside Ghana as and when needed.
• Is responsible for adequate reporting and proper use of the Delft Field Management System (FSM) by Delft Imaging-Ghana staff and produces periodic relevant FSM- reports for the Managing Director
• Is responsible for complete IT infrastructure of Delft Imaging-Ghana office
• Assists in and initiates company related pre-sales activities
• Takes up any (IT) issue assigned by the Managing Director
• Pro-actively picks-up IT-related issues important for Delft Imaging-Ghana and notifies the Managing Director adequately, including an overview of possible actions if applicable
• Must be ready to travel inside and outside Ghana upon Company request.
• Must have and maintain a good understanding of DICOM, HL7, PACS, RIS, VPN, CAD4TB, Troubleshooting, Remote Support, etc.
• Pro-actively picks-up IT-related issues important for Delft Imaging- Ghana and notifies the Managing Director adequately, including an overview of possible actions if applicable
• Must be ready to travel inside and outside Ghana upon Company request.
• Must be ready to give trainings outside working hours.
• Must have and maintain a good understanding of DICOM, HL7, PACS, RIS, VPN, CAD4TB, Troubleshooting, Remote Support, etc.

Experience:

• Must have at least Three (3yrs) of experience in IT (networks and system administration)
• Experience with Healthcare IT Solutions is a plus

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• CCNA/MCP will be a plus point
• SQL Server database knowledge will be a plus point
