To support the CEO by leading the development and implementation of Sales strategy, ensuring that business plan targets are met, driving revenue growth and oversee sales pricing, planning, operational forecasting, key customer management and leading a high-performing sales team.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels to drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to stay ahead of the competition.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team to drive results.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement within the sales department.
Key Account Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Negotiate and close deals with strategic customers, ensuring effective distribution and sales execution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for account growth.
Sales Operations and Analysis:
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize sales efficiency.
- Implement sales analytics and reporting systems to track performance, identify trends, and generate insights.
- Regularly review sales data and market intelligence to make data-driven decisions and improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide input and insights into product development, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Management of external agencies to deliver the best creative output and on-time execution.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the CEO
- MBA in a business field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance)
- Proven experience as Head of Sales or similar role
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
- Sound knowledge of Sales and marketing principles,
