Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Assistant to promote and sell our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and performance-based rewards for professionals

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new clients in the local markets eg) Ashaaiman, Tema Agbobloshie etc)
  • Promote the company’s full range of products.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience should be (a year and above ) in sales and retail industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good network of contacts within relevant industries (an advantage)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Education: Open to all (SSCE/ WACCE, Diploma, Degree in Sales/ Marketing .
