Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Commercial Manager to lead our finance department and support the company's growth. The successful candidate should have strong public accounting knowledge together with commercial finance, project accounting and management reporting experience. The role is expected to move beyond traditional accounting by helping management make better business decisions through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the Finance Department.
- Supervise accountants.
- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Prepare annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow and working capital.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor project profitability.
- Develop departmental performance reports.
- Improve financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with Ghana tax regulations
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Lead the implementation and improvement of Zoho Books and related finance systems.
- Provide financial advice to senior management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- Professional qualification such as ICA Ghana, ACCA, CPA or CIMA.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- At least 2 years in a finance leadership role.
- Experience in construction, engineering or project-based businesses is highly desirable.
