Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in Accra. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include visiting clients, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role involves identifying market opportunities, reporting on sales activities, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve company goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the building materials or construction industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
  • Customer relationship management skills
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree, Marketing,HND or related field is beneficial
  • With experience in the hardware retail and wholesale marke are a plus
