Facility Officer
Job summary
A Facility Officer is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and safety of an organization's facilities and equipment. The role includes coordinating maintenance and repair activities, overseeing cleaning and security services, managing vendors and contractors, conducting facility inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the efficient use of workplace resources to provide a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment. To take care of daily maintenance, coordinate repairs, and manage housekeeping at Plant Premises
Job descriptions & requirements
- Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinating scheduled maintenance for buildings (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and supervising maintenance staff for repairs.
- Asset Management: Monitoring and maintaining company assets, including property, and office equipment.
- House Keeping: To ensure cleanliness inside the Factory Premises and Dormitory areas.
- Landscaping: To ensure proper landscaping is maintained at all the time inside Factory Premises and accommodation areas.
- Fumigation Services: To carry out periodic Fumigation services for Office Buildings and Dormitory by using the Personnel and Equipment on ground.
- Vendor & Budget Management: to make local purchases at times, and to manage the facility budget.
- Minimum: 03 years from an Industrial Manufacturing Unit
- HND or bachelor’s degree or related field.
- Age Limit: 35 years maximum.
