Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Events Sales Executive located in Accra. The Events Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients. They will also oversee the planning and execution of sales strategies, manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales Strategy
  • Strong Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Event Planning and Coordination experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the events industry is a plus
