Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and small items to customers, vendors, and internal offices
- Ensure timely, accurate, and secure delivery and collection of all assigned items
- Handle all documents carefully to prevent loss, damage, or mix-ups
- Pay close attention to instructions related to confidential and sensitive documents
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including dates, times, recipients and signatures
- Coordinate clearly with the operations team regarding delivery and collection status
- Interact professionally with clients and company representatives
- Safely operate and take responsibility for a company motorcycle assigned for official duties
- Ensure the assigned motorcycle is clean, functional, and roadworthy
- Observe all traffic regulations and company safety policies
- Report maintenance or mechanical issues promptly
- Assist with other logistics and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications Required
- Valid driver’s license (Class A) and familiarity with traffic regulations
- Physically fit and able to handle daily riding activities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dispatch rider or a similar role
- Good knowledge of Accra/Tema roads and surrounding areas
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must speak and write Proficient English.
