Job summary
<p>Sylprin is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support overall office efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing staff, and ensuring excellent client and customer relations.</p>

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate and supervise office staff activities and schedules
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Handle client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
- Organize meetings, appointments, and company records
- Support internal communication and workflow processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
- Assist management with operational and administrative tasks
- Carry out other assigned office duties as required
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics with IT, or Human Resource Management
- Must be based in Accra (preferably around Teshie and surrounding areas)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred Skills (Advantageous)
- Background or experience in IT
- Prior experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
