<p>The Institutional & Private Partnerships Manager is a senior relationship and growth role responsible for expanding the business’ Assets Under Management (AUM) through the acquisition, development, and retention of institutional clients and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs). The role focuses on building long-term, trust-based partnerships, structuring tailored investment solutions, and strengthening the business’ presence within the institutional and private wealth segments. The role holder acts as a key external representative of the business, working closely with internal investment, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver compliant, client- centric investment outcomes.</p>

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage institutional clients and HNWIs, serving as the primary relationship manager.
- Originate and structure strategic partnerships that drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective institutional and private clients.
- Collaborate with Investment, Product, and Compliance teams to design and present suitable investment solutions.
- Prepare and deliver investment proposals, presentations, and periodic performance updates.
- Ensure all client engagements and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategy.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and relevant forums.
- Track performance against agreed targets and provide regular management reports
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g. CFA, ACCA, CIB, CIM) is an advantage.
- Must be duly certified by the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) or CISI.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in continuous business development, relationship management, private banking, asset management, or financial services.
- Proven experience managing institutional clients and/or HNWIs.
- Demonstrated ability to grow AUM or manage high-value client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
