Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products directly to customers, building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular contact, follow- up and customer service
- Assist in Conducting market research and identify new business opportunities
- Attend events to promote products and generate leads
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
- Provide feedback to Sales manager on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Direct Sales Person or similar role ( Not Essential- training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with sales reporting tools
- First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
