Job Description/Requirements
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
- A bachelors’ degree in Human Resources / Organizational Psychology / related.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an HR / People Operations role
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in dealing with Payroll and employee benefits.
- Experience working in a scaling tech company or similar with exposure to either an all-remote or hybrid environment.
- Ability to work within a distributed team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Experience using technology to automate processes, such as an HRIS system like BambooHR or project management tool like Monday.com.

- You have experience in the full employee life cycle.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment.
Your roles and responsibilities – People Operations:
- Aligning our people practices with our business objectives and company goals.
- Shaping foundational people processes by finding the perfect balance of employee experience, efficiency, and budget.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Provide support in other activities in People Operations as needed.
- Administration support for the People Operations Team.
