You will serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact in several of the people operations focus areas. You will also be cross trained in the overall work activities of people operations and be flexible to support other activities as needed.

Job Description/Requirements

You are an ideal candidate if you have: 

  • A bachelors’ degree in Human Resources / Organizational Psychology / related. 
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in an HR / People Operations role
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in dealing with Payroll and employee benefits. 
  • Experience working in a scaling tech company or similar with exposure to either an all-remote or hybrid environment. 
  • Ability to work within a distributed team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment. 
  • Experience using technology to automate processes, such as an HRIS system like BambooHR or project management tool like Monday.com.

  • You have experience in the full employee life cycle. 
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment. 


Your roles and responsibilities – People Operations:

  • Aligning our people practices with our business objectives and company goals. 
  • Shaping foundational people processes by finding the perfect balance of employee experience, efficiency, and budget. 
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics. 
  • Provide support in other activities in People Operations as needed. 
  • Administration support for the People Operations Team.
