Job summary
A Credit Field Officer is responsible for identifying and assessing potential borrowers, processing loan applications, conducting field visits and credit investigations, monitoring loan performance, and ensuring timely loan repayments. The role builds strong relationships with clients, promotes the institution's financial products, prepares credit reports, and supports portfolio growth while ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements. Purple Lilac Microcredit Enterprise, a socially responsible microcredit institution based in Adenta, is looking for a motivated and trustworthy Credit Field Officer to join our team.
