Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage financial statements, budgets, and cash flow
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory requirements
- Oversee payroll, audits, and financial reporting
- Monitor expenditure and implement cost-control measures
- Provide financial advice to management for decision-making
- Supervise accounts staff and ensure accurate record keeping
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAG, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of financial management, taxation, and auditing
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and professionalism
