We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Live Streaming Associate to join our Car 4S dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling new and used vehicles through both in-person engagement and live streaming platforms. This role requires strong sales skills, confidence on camera, and the ability to engage online audiences to drive vehicle sales.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell new and used vehicles to customers
- Assist clients in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and follow-ups with potential buyers
- Generate leads through online platforms, social media, and personal networks
- Engage customers through live streaming or digital sales channels (where applicable)
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
Requirements:
- HND or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in automotive sales is an advantage
- Experience as a car anchor, live streamer, or self-media content creator is preferred
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
- Must reside in or be willing to work in Accra (Spintex area)
Compensation:
- Basic salary plus high commission
