Call Attendants/Sales Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional table service, guiding guests through the menu, upselling specials and popular items, taking orders, and ensuring the overall dining experience is positive and memorable.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests and present menus.
- Offer detailed descriptions of menu items, especially grilled and barbecued specialties, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take and input food and beverage orders into the POS system.
- Upsell side dishes, appetizers, desserts, and high-profit margin items.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and ensure order accuracy.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to any requests or issues.
- Clear plates and reset tables efficiently after guests depart.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server, waiter, or sales-focused role in a restaurant environment.
- Strong sales and communication skills with an ability to influence customer choices.
- Excellent memory and attention to detail for order taking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
