Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with architects, developers, contractors, consultants and procurement teams.
- Visit construction sites and commercial projects throughout Accra and surrounding areas.
- Introduce the company and international partners to prospective customers.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and project leads.
- Gather market intelligence including pricing, competitor activity and customer requirements.
- Identify new product opportunities that could be introduced into the Ghanaian market.
- Coordinate quotation requests with international suppliers.
- Maintain an accurate CRM and weekly pipeline report.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
- Provide weekly reports and strategic recommendations to management.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Knowledge of the African talent market and willingness to learn continuously about industry trends and client needs.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.

- Built relationships with over 100 target customers.
- Generated a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities.
- Become a trusted contact within Ghana's construction industry.
- Helped identify new international products suitable for the Ghanaian market.
