Job Summary
To generate demand for the range of products under the brand and generate sales leads to support the sales representatives. Embark on expert sales sharing detail product knowledge to educate prospective customers as well as customers on proper uses of the products within your portfolio. Assist sales team with product knowledge to enhance customers understanding and use of products. Assist in the implementation of sales intervention programs and promotional plans as well as provide support on the brand specific merchandising activities.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with sales reps to provide products education to customers
- Generate demand for the range if product under the portfolio
- Provide regular and timely feedback on new market trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to management.
- Assist brand managers and supervisors in carrying out stock display to enhance visibility in the outlets.
- Generate demand for the range of products under the portfolio
- Prospect for customers and generate sales lead and follow through
- Provide product education for internal & external customers
- Organize regular trips/ visits to customers premises (outlets) to check on in-store activities; ensuring stock availability and visibility right
- Assisting in the execution of sales intervention programs and promotional activities.
- To regularly link up with medical reps (brand owners Representatives) assigned to the brand to provide technical information while seeking opportunities to sell.
- Stock monitoring and control across branches to ensure appropriate distribution of stock.
- Initiate programs and activities to build and enhance brands reputation to grow sales continually Internal Relations
Experience and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Nutrition, Sports Science, or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or brand promotion, preferably within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or nutrition/supplement industry.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, especially with gyms, fitness centers, and retail outlets, will be an advantage.
