The Company is seeking to employ Branch Managers. The successful candidates will manage the various locations in their marketing and daily supervision of the office activities.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and sell the Company’s insurance products
  • Supervise, direct, coordinate and oversee the operations of the Branch, Agency Offices and Agents within the jurisdiction
  • Supervise all underwriting and claims activities in the branch
  • Ensure the achievement of set goals and yearly production targets
  • Identify and develop marketing strategies based on knowledge of the Company’s objectives, market characteristics, cost and make up factors
  • Submit strategies in line with the overall corporate objectives for the achievement of set targets
  • Deliver marketing activities within established budget
  • Establish and build business relationships with existing and potential clients in order to protect existing books of business
  • Provide market intelligence information in a timely manner to enable the Company react to changes in the business
  • Provide feedback to the Operations, Finance, Business Development, ICT Departments to ensure that quality service and underwriting standards are maintained to achieve client satisfaction

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or Social Science Degree.
  • Minimum of Diploma in Professional Insurance Qualification (Dip CII)
  • Additional certification in Leadership, entrepreneurship will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
