What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients: local construction companies, design institutes, and industry stakeholders.
- Promote our premium construction hardware solutions, deliver product presentations, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to optimize our regional strategy.
- Collaborate with headquarters and local teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Travel flexibly between Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire (1-hour flight) to drive cross-border business growth.
- Fluent in English & French (written and spoken) – essential for cross-border client communication.
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or hardware industry.
- Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an overseas environment.
- Ability to arrange your own accommodation (company housing not provided).
- Open to frequent travel and potential long-term assignment in Côte d’Ivoire.
- Lead high-impact sales projects in two fast-growing West African markets.
