Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and reliable Auto Mechanics to join our team. While experience with Mercedes-Benz vehicles is a competitive advantage, we welcome applicants with solid general mechanical expertise and diagnostic skills across multiple brands.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, brakes, suspensions and transmissions.
- Use diagnostic tools (Mercedes-Benz STAR diagnostic system is a plus).
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing.
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide repair timelines and cost estimates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety procedures.
- Deliver high-quality repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on mechanic experience.
- Technical training or certification.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Mercedes-Benz experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and team skills.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of GHS 3,000 per month
Location: Tse Addo, Behind Trade Fair, Accra, Ghana
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
