Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analytics:Universal funnel analytics in Power BI for Listings, Payments, Trading, HR, Growth.
• DBAAS: Make databases well structured, unified, fast and easy to access while safeguarding security access levels for analysts, OKRs, debugging.
• Risks Control: Timely identify and report potential risks.
• Scrum: Participate in company´s standups and meetings.
• Buddy: Welcome a newcomer in the Unit and make sure he starts performing quicker and effectively from the very first day

Requirement skills and experience:

• 2+ years in analytics in a high-paced tech company.
• Experience in at least 2 of 3: operations, financial, and marketing/product analytics.
• Experience in working at trading, payments, investments/audit, or blockchain company.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python to have analytics at fingertips.
• Data Science, cohort, cluster, channel, funnel analytics is a plus.
• Do not tolerate lack of logic or mess, demand highest standards for clear and MECE defined roles and OKRs.
• Well-articulated and can discipline teammates to articulate their roles and OKRs.
• Finalist of a regional olympiad or MIPT, MIEF, VMK, NES graduate - strong advantage.
• Fluent English.
