Papermap AI is a global technology company, and we are bringing our revolutionary Inventory Management platform (inventory.papermap.ai) to Ghana. We are selecting ambitious graduates and students to lead our market entry.

This is not a traditional internship. You will not be fetching coffee or filing papers. You will be trained in B2B Tech Sales, deployed into the field to negotiate with business owners, and responsible for driving real digital transformation across Ghana.

The Mission

Your goal is to help Ghanaian SMEs (Pharmacies, Supermarkets, Electronics Dealers) move from pen-and-paper to AI-powered inventory management. You are the bridge between world-class technology and the local market.

What You Will Do

• Become a Product Expert: Master the Papermap platform. You will learn how to articulate value propositions that save business owners money and prevent theft/loss.
• Own Your Territory: You will identify and approach retail businesses in your area. You are responsible for your own pipeline, from "Hello" to "Signed Up."
• Drive Digital Adoption: You won't just sell; you will consult. You will help shop owners set up their dashboards and digitize their first inventory items on the spot.
• Shape the Product: Act as the "voice of the customer." You will report critical feedback from the field directly to the Papermap product team to help us build better tools for Africa.

Who You Are

• You Have "Grit": You are not afraid of rejection. You are comfortable walking into a shop, introducing yourself to a stranger, and starting a business conversation.
• Digital Native: You are fast with a smartphone, understand apps, and pick up new software instantly.
• Results-Obsessed: You don't wait for instructions. You are self-motivated and driven by targets.
• Education: Recent Graduate or Current Student. Backgrounds in Marketing, Business Admin, or Computer Science are a plus, but attitude matters more than your degree.
