WORK PURPOSE:

• For Renco's Buildings project we are looking for an Accountant with experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Process daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounting accounts.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments.
• Prepare VAT returns and support tax compliance activities.
• Manage customer and supplier accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial and accounting reports for management.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Support external auditors and tax consultants during audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES:

• Bachelor & degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Sage, Oracle, or similar ERP
• systems).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Finance and Administration.
