Job Description/Requirements
Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment.
- Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team.
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience and client development, with experience selling into the Mid Market segment.
- A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business.
- SFDC proficiency
- Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction.
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
