Job Description/Requirements

Duties:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment.
  • Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience and client development, with experience selling into the Mid Market segment.
  • A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business.
  • SFDC proficiency
  • Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction.
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
