Job Summary
In this role you will source microbusiness to be interviewed by our CEO for social media content purposes, as well as coordinate the logistics of the in person interviews and video shoots.

- Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates for the CEO’s social media formats among Jimdo users and members of the self-employed community.
- Organize and coordinate shoots for the CEO
- Manage follow-up communications with interviewees (media consent, sign off etc).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism
- Ideally experience in community management, event management, or related field
- Excellent German skills, conversational English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and other online communities
- Experience hosting online/offline events and webinars is a plus
- Passion for engaging with people and building communities
