Role Overview
We are inviting both experienced frontend developers and high-potential developers who are passionate about healthcare innovation to contribute to our web-based telemedicine platform. This role is volunteer-based with monthly internet data support and offers the chance to work on a real, impactful production system.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend web interfaces for patients, doctors, hospital admins, and super admins
• Translate Figma/UI designs into high-quality web interfaces
• Integrate with backend APIs and real-time services
• Implement authentication, dashboards, and clinical workflows
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Debug, test, and continuously improve the user experience
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product leads
  

Requirements (Open To All Experience Levels)

• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with React.js or Next.js (junior to senior level welcome)
• Experience consuming REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Availability to commit consistent weekly hours
  

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with healthcare, fintech, or real-time applications
• Experience with video platforms, WebRTC, or Daily.co
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, or Material UI
• Experience building dashboards and admin panels
