Videographer

We’re looking for a full-time videographer to join our growing creative team, working across our brands — House of Stole, AFROSCOPE and related projects.









About the Role:

You will be responsible for shooting and editing videos that document our ongoing work, tell compelling stories, and create content for our YouTube channels, social media platforms, ads, and more.
We want someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, flexible, reliable, and excited about working in a fast-moving creative environment.

Key Details:

Location: Preferably based in Tema (or able to travel to Tema easily)

Salary: GH₵2,000 (negotiable)

Equipment Provided: Cameras, microphones, editing computer, and software

Workload: Shooting almost every day; a mix of studio shoots, fieldwork (weavers, markets, streets), and b-roll capturing

Editing:

Start onsite to establish a clear visual identity and workflow

Option to transition to remote editing once the process is well-established

Schedule:

Clear and organized shooting schedule

At least one day per week dedicated to editing and reviewing content

What You'll Be Working On:

Consistently documenting ongoing work

Filming scripted content for YouTube and social media

Capturing b-roll and dynamic footage from real-life locations

Helping build and maintain a strong, authentic visual brand identity across platforms

Supporting the growth of two active YouTube channels with regular content

What We’re Looking For:

Strong skills in filming (camera operation, framing, lighting)

Solid video editing skills (any major editing software)

A creative eye for storytelling, visuals, and pacing

Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively

Someone reliable who can keep up with a regular shooting schedule

A passion for documenting, creating, and sharing meaningful stories

Someone who takes initiative, loves to learn and experiment
