Video Production Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for live and pre-recorded lottery draws.
• Support the technical director or production manager during live broadcasts.
• Operate video equipment, manage recordings, and ensure smooth video playback.
• Perform basic video editing and post-production tasks using industry-standard software.
• Maintain production equipment and manage video files and archives.
• Ensure visual branding and production quality meet company standards.
• Collaborate with presenters, draw managers, and compliance teams during filming.
• Help ensure all broadcast activities are completed on schedule and without technical error.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Media Production, Film/TV Production, Broadcasting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in video production, broadcasting, or studio support preferred.
• Familiarity with professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during live events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
• Basic editing or file management knowledge is an asset.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the draw schedule.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in live broadcast or live event production.
• Knowledge of visual storytelling and content creation for social media.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Creative eye for framing, lighting, and audio quality.
