Job Summary

You will lead our Shopper Marketing Category making an immediate impact in the company today to help drive our growth. You will focus on enhancing our shopper marketing category solutions and GTM strategy. Create meaningful relationships within the Shopper Marketing category while driving revenue impact with top brands and shopper marketing agencies while serving as a trusted counsel on branded content and social media. You will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate with industry leaders with immediate impact.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
    • Own our GTM Strategy for our Shopper Marketing Category, create a pipeline of business
    • Develop and maintain successful senior-level relationships with Shopper Marketing category leaders to expand Captiv8’s presence, educate and inform on the power of Captiv8's platform
    • Drive adoption of Captiv8’s business and marketing solutions through building strategic partnerships with shopper marketing clients and key retail categories to foster business growth
    • Build and shape the vision and strategic approach and implement long-term partnership programs across all possible aspects - commercial, creative, marketing and tech
    • Play the lead role in designing and developing a holistic business partnership model, including commercial terms, engagement model, and innovation programs across the Shopper Marketing Category
    • Grow Captiv8’s presence and visibility across top Heads of Shopper Marketing and VPs attending key events and marketing to key trades.
    • Meet with top brands and retail categories to better understand their creator and influencer content and measurement needs to customize our solutions. Showcase how Captiv8’s platform drives business results
    • Collect feedback and market trends to ensure they are implemented in the best way to deliver the best sales result
    • Achieve significant new business bookings and growth with the top Shopper Marketing clients

Requirements:
    • Known within the Shopper Marketing Category with clients at all levels with a proven track record of success
    • You thrive in an emerging and innovative environment, are eager to develop new grow revenue channels in an exponential manner each year, and deliver consistently on aggressive revenue targets
    • You LOVE advertising, social data, trends, and influencer campaigns
    • Hunter and curious by nature who prospects with a custom, solutions-oriented approach focused on client’s initiatives and metrics for success
    • You represent solutions you are passionate about, and serve as a Trusted Advisor to the retail category of key clients
    • Strong client relationships with extensive experience selling branded content/Influencer campaigns
    • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
    • 10 plus years working brand side or having sold digital, branded content, and social/influencer marketing programs
    • BS degree
