Key Responsibilities:
Tour Guide
- Lead tours to local attractions and landmarks
- Provide accurate and engaging information about destinations
- Assist guests with travel plans and itineraries
- Ensure safety of guests during tours
- Answer questions and provide recommendations
- Coordinate transportation and schedules
- Promote hotel services and local experiences
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local culture, history, and attractions
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality

Laundry Attendant
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and clothing
- Operate laundry machines and equipment
- Inspect items for damage or stains
- Use appropriate detergents and cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry area
- Track and return guest laundry promptly
- Report damaged items or equipment issues
