Job summary
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to maintain AirBnB apartments in Kumasi (Kuwait area). The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing rooms for incoming guests, ensuring every apartment meets high cleanliness and hospitality standards. Since cleaning is based on guest check-outs and bookings, you are only required to report when assigned to clean an apartment. Once your assigned cleaning is completed to the required standard, you are free to leave.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize AirBnB rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Change bed linens and replace used towels with fresh ones.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum all assigned areas.
- Restock toiletries and other guest amenities where required.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items immediately.
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed within the required turnaround time.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
- Must reside in or around Kumasi, preferably close to the Kuwait area.
Working Schedule
- 6 days per week (based on booking schedules; not every day requires work).
- Report only when cleaning is assigned.
- Leave once the assigned cleaning tasks have been completed.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: GHS 1,500 per month.
- Flexible work schedule based on guest bookings.
