Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customers' food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Explain menu items and respond to customer questions.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly arranged.
- Check on customers regularly to ensure good service.
- Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
- Present bills and coordinate payments as required.
- Maintain cleanliness around the service area.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure efficient service.
- Follow all company hygiene and customer service standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Good memory and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Location: Lashibi
Working Days: Saturdays & Sundays
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: GHS 1,000 – GHS 1,200
