Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation and cooking activities.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
- Assist the cook and other kitchen staff with daily tasks.
- Keep kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas clean.
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils.
- Assist with packing and arranging prepared meals.
- Store food items and kitchen supplies properly.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
- Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Must be hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Must be punctual and able to report to work early.
- Candidates who live around La, Teshie, Osu, or nearby areas are preferred due to the early starting time.
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: La, Accra
Salary: GHS 900 per month
