SkyPlus Hotel, a subsidiary of AVL Holdings Ghana Limited, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage operations
- Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation
- Manage and train restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and service quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
