Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead Manager located in the Ashanti Region, Ghana. The Team Lead Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, develop strategies to meet business goals, and ensure optimal customer service. Additional tasks include performance monitoring, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
