Job Summary
The Swaggart Signature Hotel, located in Kumasi–Nhyiaeso, is seeking energetic, customer-focused, and hardworking individuals to join our operations team. We are hiring Bar Attendants, Operational Support Staff (Helpers), and Waiters/Waitresses who will play a vital role in delivering excellent guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations within the restaurant and bar areas.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in the restaurant and bar.
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining cleanliness at the bar area.
- Assist in setting up tables, serving areas, and maintaining overall tidiness.
- Support kitchen and floor operations as needed to ensure seamless service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel operational standards.
- Handle guest inquiries politely and professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SHS education or higher.
- Must be 25 years or older.
- Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, courteous, and able to work under pressure.
- Must reside in or around Kumasi–Nhyiaeso or be willing to relocate.
Location: Kumasi – Nhyiaeso
Salary Range: GHS 1,200 – 2,000
