Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
- Welcome and assist guests warmly upon arrival.
- Handle guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, inquiries, and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments securely.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
Housekeeping Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished daily.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation across all hotel areas.
Security Duties:
- Patrol the hotel premises regularly to ensure safety and order.
- Monitor entry and exit points and maintain visitor logs.
- Report suspicious activities or safety hazards immediately.
- Support emergency response procedures when necessary.
Laundry Duties:
- Wash, dry, iron, and fold hotel linens and guest clothing where applicable.
- Keep the laundry area clean and organized.
- Ensure timely and proper handling of all laundry items.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of a Senior High School Certificate.
- Minimum age of 25 years.
- Must be trustworthy, well-groomed, and polite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
- Must reside in or around Kumasi (Nhyiaeso or nearby areas).
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range between GHS 1,200 – GHS 1,500.
