Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, skin treatments, body treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application.
- Assess clients’ skin and body conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Provide consultation services and advise clients on skincare routines and beauty maintenance.
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and work areas are properly sanitized and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and product usage.
- Promote and sell skincare and beauty products to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and beauty technologies.
- Handle client bookings, scheduling, and follow-ups when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and industry regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, beauty products, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
