Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Koforidua for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Key tasks include back-end development, coding using programming languages, and troubleshooting system and software issues. The role also involves collaborating with engineering teams to innovate and optimize solutions that align with customer needs and the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Computer Science principles and Software Development
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming
• Strong understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with version control systems and agile development practices is a plus
• Previous experience in the technology industry or a similar role is beneficial
