Job Summary
Creative TikTok, Instagram, website savvy, promoter/networker who can attract attention on social media and connects with people and communities in Ghana and around the world. You know everyone in Ghana: church groups, chiefs and priests, NGOs, academics, artists, actors, musicians as well as international organizers and funders. You can bring them to Hechtech with clever marketing strategies and original content: Salary starts at 2,500 cedis a month, with bonuses and raises as you prove your worth.

Requirements:
- you must live close by Hechtech in Osu and not have a long commute.
- computer skills: MSWord, WordPress, audio, and video editing.
- social media savvy: tiktok, Instagram and more.
- excellent written and spoken English and Twi as well as other languages like Ga and French.
- good research and analytical skills
- general knowledge of current events in Ghana and around the world.
- interpersonal/networking skills.
- fast learner.
- flexibility: you are willing to take on whatever task needs doing
YOU DO NOT NEED FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS. YOU JUST NEED TO BE SMART
You would be working for me, a crusty old journalist based in Osu, Accra. Here I produce business research for international clients while running Hechtech House, which consists of guest rooms, gardens, an event space, a small sound studio and an office. We try to sell our own merchandise and run a garden nursery (see www.hechtech.com)
Your job is to promote Hechtech House and connect us to Ghana’s social and cultural life.
