Job Summary
As our Social Media Specialist, you will be managing five social media platforms for individual franchisees/business owners. All social media posts will adhere to our strict brand standards and be optimized for reach using hashtags, content, images, and videos. Content and local information (including photos) will be sourced through completed forms in an online project management platform.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Become online voice of each individual franchisee helping to evolve the local brand, positioning, messaging, and differentiation from local competitors
- Place a minimum of four unique posts per week (on 5 social media channels) for each individual franchise location
- Manage the individual franchisee’s (business owners) online reputation by requesting reviews and responding to posted reviews
- Maintain monthly social media and online reputation reports
- Other responsibilities as may arise or be added
Requirements:
- Have outstanding communication skills and be fluent in English with an easy to understand American or British English speech (written and verbal).
- Bring 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business (GMB), and Twitter.
- Be passionate about social media and well-versed on the latest features and functionality on each platform.
- Bring 3 to 5 years experience in managing online reputation (reviews)
- Be able to communicate weekly with his/her supervisor (based in the US) to adjust posts and strategies.
- Proactively gather local information from individual franchisees
- Monitor social media responses and followers daily.
- Ensure all projects get done on time, run smoothly, and produce healthy returns.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree required Marketing & Communicanies.
- Past work experience with multi-national English-speaking companies is required.
- Excellent strategic insights and solutions, especially in the digital marketing area, having a track record when it comes to direct connection with consumers
- Strong business sense and understanding.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced creative environment
