About the Role:

As our Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the voice and vibe of our brand across digital platforms. You’ll manage and grow our social media presence, execute marketing strategies, and help us connect meaningfully with our audience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop, schedule, and manage content across our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and run targeted social media ad campaigns
• Engage with our community, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful relationships
• Track performance and generate reports using analytics tools
• Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals
• Research trends and competitor activity to keep our strategies fresh and relevant
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns and blog content

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Strong grasp of social media algorithms, tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite), and advertising strategies
• Creative eye for design, trends, and tone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter who’s organized, proactive, and loves collaborating
• Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing is a plus!
