Job Description/Requirements
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with account, media, analytics, and creative teams to ensure that digital and engagement strategies are properly integrated within larger marketing programs
Develop competitive landscape assessments, audience personas, customer journeys, and content & message matrices, all utilizing a combination of research methods and inputs
Inform the marketing approach leveraging data-driven insights from media, analytics and digital trends to inform audience targeting and multichannel or omnichannel campaigns
Advise on best practices for channels and media formats leveraged to communicate with patients and HCP audiences
Make strong, well-reasoned recommendations to cross functional teams on how to optimize tactics over time based on data output
Track, distill, and share relevant digital, technological, and innovation-related insights to the broader team while identifying opportunities for applying to client solutions
Effectively present in a variety of settings: one-on-one, in small/large groups, as well as outside of the organization
About You:
3-4 years of digital marketing experience (pharma experience strongly desired)
Strong background in generating data-driven insights and recommendations
Ability to articulate engagement strategy recommendations to cross functional internal team and clients teams
Understanding of basic UX principles for design & development of experiences
Practical experience and strong knowledge of using integrated marketing disciplines to create multichannel or omnichannel campaigns including:
SEO/SEM
Social Media
CRM
Direct marketing
Content strategy
Proficient in Microsoft Office
